iSpeedRun is a companion application that provides access to publicly available speedrunning data from speedrun.com, live Twitch streams, and related content. The App is an independent, unofficial client and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with speedrun.com, Twitch, YouTube, or their respective operators.
All speedrunning data (games, runs, leaderboards, user profiles) is sourced from the public speedrun.com API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this data. Speedrun.com may change or restrict access to their API at any time, which may affect the App's functionality.

The App, its design, code, and original content are the property of Backflip Media. Game names, logos, and speedrun data are the property of their respective owners. Twitch and YouTube are trademarks of their respective companies.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backflip Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
